Refund policy

Here at Crumbfinity Bakery, we take great pride in our handcrafted, small-batch baked goods. Because our products are perishable and custom-made to order, we adhere to the following policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns and cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered. This includes items such as gourmet cookies, cinnamon rolls, and artisanal breads.

2. Quality Assurance

We strive for perfection in every bake. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. While we do not offer refunds, we value your feedback and will handle concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a positive experience.

3. Order Fulfillment & Pickups

• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable as ingredients and labor have already been dedicated to your order.

• Missed Pickups: We operate on a specific weekly schedule (Friday–Sunday fulfillment). If an order is not picked up during the designated window, the items will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged Items

In the rare event that an order is damaged during delivery (if applicable), please provide a photo of the product and packaging within 2 hours of receipt so we can review the issue.

5. Product Variations

Since our items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, and decoration are to be expected and are not considered grounds for a refund
