. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crumbfinity bakery , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Products and Custom Orders

• Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our baked goods as accurately as possible. However, as our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur.

• Custom Orders: Custom cookies  or large event orders require a minimum lead time of  14 days. All custom designs are subject to the baker’s artistic interpretation.

3. Payments and Pricing

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout, unless a deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon for catering/events.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations made at least  48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery. All orders are final we do not offer refund.

• Custom/Special Orders: Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable if work has already commenced or specialized ingredients have been purchased.

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Important Health Warning: While we offer [e.g., Gluten-Free or Nut-Free] options, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee 100% decontamination. Customers with severe allergies consume our products at their own risk.
