Here at Crumbfinity, we take "fresh from the oven" seriously. To ensure your treats arrive in peak condition, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & "Bake-to-Order" Times

To guarantee freshness, we don't pull items off a shelf. Every order is baked specifically for you.

• Processing Time: Most orders require 2–3 business days for baking and packaging.

• Shipping Days: To avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship Monday through Thursday . Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will likely ship the following Monday.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options via UPS,FedEx or USPS

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Best for cookies ).

 

Note: Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75!

3. Freshness & Packaging

We use professional-grade, airtight packaging and eco-friendly insulation to keep your crumbs crunchy and your cakes moist.

• Weather Considerations: During summer months or for shipments to warm climates, we may include non-toxic gel ice packs.

• Perishability: We recommend being present for delivery so your treats aren't left in the heat or cold.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: Since our products are perishable, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

• International Shipping: Currently, Crumbfinity only ships within the OKlahoma state We're working on bringing our crumbs to the rest of the world soon!

5. Delivery Issues & Damage

We do our best to pack your treats securely, but sometimes the journey is bumpy.

• Wrong Address: Crumbfinity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at website within 24 hours of delivery. We will make it right!

 Local Pickup & Delivery

Live nearby? Skip the shipping!

• Local Pickup: Available at our Enid Area, Oklahoma City Area, Select "Local Pickup" at checkout for $0 shipping.

• Local Delivery: We offer doorstep delivery within a 100 mile radius for a flat fee of $10 to $20 depending on location.
